*ROCTE will register and pay conference fees for member district staff to applicable events. Funding request form must be received by our office, and approved by Director prior to event.

Program Improvement Grant (PIG) Funding

Every year, the Regional Office of Career & Technical Education provides Program Improvement Grant funds to targeted Career and Technical Education programs in our Member District High Schools. These funds can be utilized for the reimbursement of career-related field trip costs, or the purchase of supplies and materials, equipment and software, and supplemental texts to benefit the overall scope of that program. If your CTE department is receiving these funds for the current fiscal year, please use the forms below.

Elementary Career Grant (ECG) Funding
Elementary Career Development Program funds shall be used to support activities that will help elementary and middle school students become aware of the full range of career options so that they are able to make early informed career choices.

Career and Technical Education Teachers' Work Experience 
All teachers of reimbursable career & technical training programs must have a minimum of 2,000 hours of employment experiences in the occupational specialty being taught. When a teacher does not meet this requirement, it must be met within four (4) years from the date of employment by (a) 2,000 hours of employment experience in the occupational specialty to be taught, or (b) a combination of work experience and directed occupational experience. One copy of this form must be kept in your personnel file at the district office, and a second copy sent to the ROCTE office:
